§ 01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the u777game website accessible at u777game.app and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and digital services operated by u777game.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole operating currency of the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or non-withdrawable balance awarded under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds and verified winnings available for withdrawal after all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to a Real Money Balance.

• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card, the official national identification document issued by NADRA to Pakistani citizens.

§ 02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the u777game Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You accept these Terms & Conditions as a legally binding contract between yourself and u777game.
• You have also read and accepted the u777game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

§ 03 Eligibility

Access to u777game and participation in real-money gaming is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

§ 04 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify u777game immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• u777game reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of identity verification, age verification, source of funds verification, or fraud prevention.
• Accounts inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of PKR 500 per month, charged against the available balance, following prior written notice to the registered email address.
• u777game reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, subject to fulfilling any outstanding obligations to the Player in respect of legitimate verified winnings.

§ 05 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the u777game Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits:

• Accepted Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. u777game does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed herein.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 500. u777game reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds for individual payment methods at any time.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your Account in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one to three banking business hours during standard banking hours (09:00–17:00 PKT, Monday–Saturday).
• Deposit Fees: u777game does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which u777game accepts no responsibility.
• Deposit Limits: You may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 48-hour cooling-off period when raised.
• Source of Funds: u777game reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds. Deposits suspected to originate from criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation and, if confirmed, reported to the relevant authorities.

§ 06 Withdrawals

The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your u777game Account:

• KYC Requirement: Full KYC verification — including CNIC front and back, a recent selfie, and proof of payment method — must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time process for new accounts.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal is PKR 1,000.
• Processing Times: Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within two to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two banking business days.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability. u777game may request alternative method verification where this is not possible.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before the corresponding funds may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds while a wagering requirement remains unfulfilled will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus balance.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard withdrawal limits are PKR 500,000 per day and PKR 2,000,000 per week for regular accounts. VIP account holders are subject to separately negotiated limits.

§ 07 Bonuses & Promotions

u777game offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in offer-specific terms, bonuses carry a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount on eligible games.
• Game Contributions: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, Teen Patti, baccarat, and roulette contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual offer terms. Sports betting contributions vary by market.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 14 calendar days from the date of crediting unless specified otherwise. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum single stake permitted is PKR 2,000 or the equivalent in any other game denomination. Stakes exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse: Systematic bonus exploitation — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, and coordinated bonus claiming — is prohibited. u777game reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts engaged in such activity.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.

§ 08 Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all casino games available on the u777game Platform, including slots, live dealer tables, the Happy Fishing arcade section, and any other game categories:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) in the case of software-based games, or by live dealer mechanics in the case of live casino products. u777game does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to your Account. Winnings generated during a malfunction are not payable.
• u777game reserves the right to void any game result where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or any factor that compromised the integrity of the game round.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable during play. u777game is not liable for losses arising from disconnection, provided the underlying game result was determined correctly.
• Maximum win caps may apply to certain games or game providers. Where applicable, these caps are displayed within the game information panel before play commences.

§ 09 Sports Betting

The following terms apply to all sports betting activity on u777game, including PSL cricket markets, international cricket fixtures, UFC, and any other sporting events offered on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by u777game at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will not be altered after acceptance except in the circumstances set out below.
• Void Bets: Bets will be declared void where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of the scheduled start time, or where the bet was accepted due to a manifest odds error. Void bet stakes are returned to your Account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to faster odds movements and may be suspended at any time at u777game's discretion. Bets placed after the relevant event (e.g., the fall of a wicket) but before the market is suspended will be voided.
• Palpable Errors: u777game reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with the pre-event market due to a data feed error. In such cases, stakes will be returned.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-bet payout is PKR 10,000,000. Multiple or accumulator bets are subject to a combined payout cap of PKR 15,000,000 per settlement cycle. VIP players may be eligible for higher limits by arrangement.
• PSL and Cricket Markets: PSL markets are governed by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules where applicable for rain-affected matches. For ball-by-ball markets, the result of each delivery is final upon completion and cannot be reversed on appeal.

§ 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u777game Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geo-restrictions.
• Collusion with other players, including agreeing to share information, coordinate bets, or artificially influence game outcomes.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unintended financial advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or discovered bug are void and must be returned.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing u777game staff or other players through any communication channel.

§ 11 Responsible Gaming

u777game is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides the following tools and mechanisms to support player welfare:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and adjusted from within Account Settings. Reductions are effective immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour review period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous session duration. The Platform will issue a notification and, if the limit is reached without the player acknowledging a session extension prompt, will log the player out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks can be activated instantly from Account Settings. During this period, access to real-money gaming features is suspended.

§ 13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u777game's liability to you is limited as follows:

• u777game is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause of action.
• u777game is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss arising from Platform use.
• u777game's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• u777game does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and is not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit u777game's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

§ 14 Privacy & Data

§ 16 Governing Law & Disputes

• No Class Actions: Any dispute must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against u777game.
